I've been a landlord for 40 years and I've just sold the last of my properties. I've used a lot of agent's in my time and Northwood are the best agent I've come across. They vet the tenants carefully and deal with problems quickly and efficiently. They keep up with the legislation and ensure that the property complies with the increasingly complex rules and regulations that landlords have to adhere to. They are the same when selling a property. They marketed my properties quickly, checked potential buyers credibility, arranged viewings and negotiated the best price possible for my properties. Letting properties is stressful. Selling property is stressful. If you want to make either process easier for yourself I'd highly recommend that you choose this agent.
We aim to run a high calibre lettings and estate agency business. Whilst we do our best to operate in a professional manner and deliver a high standard of service, it is possible that you may have reason to be unhappy with the outcome of a particular situation.
We have a complaints handling procedure that is approved by The Property Ombudsman. Should you have reason to complain, you should in the first instance write to the Branch Director, Stephen Bithell. If you were to remain dissatisfied, your complaint could be investigated and reviewed by an independent Complaints Officer.
