I have just become a tenant of BELVOIR for the first time! I have rented for 15 years with other estate agents and unfortunately it hasn't always been the best experience but and I can honestly say that from the moment I spoke to Alex about the appointment to view the house, then met Ellie and spoke to Camilla, I felt so comfortable and I knew that as a business they were very professional but kind. The process has been unbelievably efficient and thorough, the communication with the girls in the Wigan Office has been exemplary...Emails are replied to almost immediately and correspondence and information is always sent straight away. At a very unsettling time for myself and my family, BELVOIR has made us feel safe and that we will have a lovely family home again, so I cannot thank them enough for that! Ellie, Camilla and Alex have been amazing!!

Our recent experience with Belvoir was extremely poor. The communication was terrible. Calls were not returned. Information was outdated and inaccurate.
