Our sale was essentially a very positive experience. From the initial guidance with regard to the market and saleability and throughout the whole sale experience, Susie and Charlotte handled all aspects efficiently, with charm, and thoroughly professionally. They took on board the need for as speedy a process as possible and did all they could to meet our timescale, applying pressure on solicitors when required, and ultimately bringing to a satisfactory conclusion. I would not hesitate to use the office again for any future sales.
