We recently bought a property through Applegate Properties in Holmfirth and couldn’t be more satisfied with the way in which the purchase was handled. Past experience with estate agents has shown a clear difference between how the customer feels as a purchaser compared with a vendor. As a purchaser, we felt nothing but cooperation and collaboration throughout the process. As challenges inevitably emerged, the staff at Applegate worked with us to find solutions and ways forward. In particular, we received excellent customer service from Amy and Claire, who were our main contacts through the negotiation. Always willing to listen, offer advice & support, work with integrity and openness. A refreshing experience.
