The worst Company I have ever dealt with. They don't pay the rent they receive from our tenants, incorrect commission charged when they do pay, no monthly statement despite asking them to provide one. Head of lettings Marc Howells never returns telephone calls, probably as his What's app statement is 'always at the gym'. Kate in the maintenance team is extremely rude. We were previously with Nicholas Michael in Talbot Green for over 20 years without an issue until these cowboys took over! You have been warned. I have had no other option other than to report them to Rent Smart Wales and the Ombudsman

Since thiis company bought out Nicholas Michael estate agents, Talbot Green in February 2024 the service from the rental team has been appalling.
