I definitely do not recommend. At all. Still gave one star as I had to.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Trying to organise a simple viewing with this agency is like trying to turn the Titanic! After calling them, they insisted they had to speak to the current tenants before giving a viewing date. AWFUL SERVICE NEVER RENT WITH O'RIORDAN BOND. The manager of the Weston Favell branch found it appropriate to stand shouting and pointing her finger at my parents and partner when they were trying to rectify this situation. As soon as the manager saw the state the house had been left in she should have helped us to find somewhere else. If she had done this straight away rather than lie to us, tell us the house was sorted when it wasn\'t, and then become so aggressive and vile towards all of us then we would have been happy customers. The funny thing is we found another house with O\'Riordan Bond in the midst of all this mess which if she\'d have showed us we would have probably moved straight in to! (and it was more money!), but after this I would NEVER do business with them ever again and am advising everyone I know to do the same. Don\'t lie to your customers, don\'t shout at your customers.
