We recently had a purchase going through Newton Fallowell. We made an offer which was accepted and part of the agreement was that they would take the property off the market. A week passed and the property was still on the market, I rang to question this at which point I was told a higher offer had been made by someone who saw the property "before". I don't believe this for a second, I believe they failed to take the property off the market and therefore encouraged a higher offer. Very disappointing and highly unprofessional, I would not recommend.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
