'Professionalism'
That's the word that sums up the whole Team at Cowell & Norford. When we were looking to rent our property, C&N were our agent of choice, we had spoken to a few agents in our area but felt that C&N offered the complete package that we needed; we think we made an excellent choice. Letting your property is a very involved, personal and emotional process, C&N led us through the minefield of what is and what is not required.
We were looking for a short to medium term let of our property in the middle of a recession. C&N were sympathetic to our needs. We are not seasoned property developers but average home owners. C&N organised everything for us, they were always on hand to answer questions and offer advice on anything and everything.
C&N handled all the paper work from the safety certificates required to managing our Gas Service agreement. When we ready to place the house on the market, C&N were again on hand to smooth the way for us.
I would recommend C&N to anyone thinking of letting their property; you will be in a ¢â‚¬Ëœsafe pair of hands' ¯ÂÅ
