1 word to sum up the joke that is Haart - Useless
Agents are driven by ego and not ability, agent didnt even turn up to the first viewing we'd booked then blamed everyone else for the incident and didnt even apologise!
Our offer was accepted and that when the mind games started with random calls telling us other people were interested and we should raise our bid. Wouldnt give us any assistance with assessing where the current owners were and then took a higher bid and closed all viewings and no more offers!
Glad I didnt go through with the property sale as who knows what other little tricks these sad little people would pull to entertain their empty lives.
Baker estates, Balgores, Bairstowe Eves are all much better options!

What agent could do to change your mind?
My mind is made and Haart are a woeful outfit. Ive seen a few other properties that I like but if they are advertised by Haart then they are skipped over.Attached Filesnbsp;

Put plenty of effort into promoting and negotiating the sale, then stayed on top of the situation as the buyers and agents lower down the chain messed about delaying completion.. Helpful and professional throughout , also helped get correct meter readings for power bills on completion.....
