We have been tenants at the same property for 5 years and the old boiler has always been an issue. Kayleigh was extremely helpful in assisting us with the replacement of the old boiler. She met the landlord personally, acquired his authorisation, followed up with us every day when the works were done and came down to take pictures after the new boiler was fitted. Excellent service and personal relations.
