When dealing with a company that is nationally recognised I would have expected the service provided to at least meet basic standards.
It would appear I have been a little misguided in my expectation of the quality of care and standard of professionalism and service that this company are capable of delivering.
The service and support received by ourselves has at best been sub-standard
