After having other agents come to our property and telling us what to do & how what we were looking for was unattainable it was refreshing when David came round and listened to us and our needs. He was honest-explaining that the housing market was slow at the time and that we may have to eventually drop our price but that if we were prepared to wait then indeed the house would sell. We discussed the asking price, talked about what type of house we were looking for and he arranged a viewing of an empty property of the type of house that we were looking for. At all times he was helpful and agreeable to our needs-not our previous experience of an other agent who told us he knew more than us and we should take note of what he said. (Drop the asking price by around £20,000 to get people interested!).
When having to have contact with the office, Geraldine was always extremely helpful and pleasant. i was even able to ask her advice wheb we hit problems on the house we were buying. additionally, phone calls and emails were answered promptly .
We were extremely happy with the service we received and would recommend the Ashton Under Lyne office to other vendors.

Hello Jo-Anne I was very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service, bearing in mind that we managed to get you a mortgage which suited all of your requirements. Unfortunately, when applying for a remortgage, we can only ever estimate the amount of money you will need to clear or "redeem" the existing mortgage, as the balance on your account changes every day. Therefore we can never provide exact costs until the Solicitor obtains your closing (redemption) balance. Nevertheles ...
