What a cowboy outfit. One month after leaving the property we are still waiting for our deposit. After a few phone calls I managed to speak Mr H himself. He assured me some magical form requiring a signature had been put in the post and there as therefore no need to fax it. Surprise surprise the form had not arrived two mornings later so a few more phone calls to Mr H followed. He stated that he had personally seen to it that the form was in the post and would be more than happy to fax it when he got back to the office. Mr H then called back stating he had just read the file and decided we did not need this form as the tenancy had ended and that the deposit had not been protected (surely a legitimate firm would have complied with the law), which leaves the point to be answered - had MR H even bothered reading the file previously and had he in fact sent this doc (still not arrived four days after). Mr H has assured me that the money will be in the account by Friday. Unfortunately for our former landlord - who left the services of PP (draw your own conclusions) the money will ultimately have to come from him. Stay well away people.
