Due move from the South East to Norfolk and arranged to view a selection of properties, one of which was through Donna Kissinger in Attleborough.
Duly arranged the viewing with the vendor for me and contacted to advise the date and time.
However, arrived on the day to find no- one at the property.
Contacted Kissinger or one of her employees to be told that the vendor must have forgotten, offering a Offered a lukewarm apology, but took no real responsibility, no follow up email, and no alternative viewings
Very sloppy customer service in my opinion.
On my experience - obviously it is limited and only one - I would treat this agency with caution.
