This so called letting agent has not released my deposit nearly 3 weeks after my agreed notice and currently owes my former landlady nearly £1000 in money they have been taking for rent that should of been paid directly to her. I urge anybody to stay clear of this company and their £150 finders fee and fees for references they do not even check

They ask to pay a deposit, but, in the contract there's no sign of it. Also, they don't use any safe deposit scheme and keep the deposit for themselves.
