BK are doing a reasonable job of managing my flat. I find them a little slow to respond sometimes. I am in Australia but with modern communications that is not an excuse. That said, they find good tenants quickly and keep me informed monthly. My tenants seem to think they are a little unresponsive also, not phoning on the agreed phone number for example. On the whole, OK (certainly compared to other London agents) and I'm particularly impressed with how seriously their leadership team take customer service and complaints.
