I am absolutely disgusted by the service I have received so far. The flat I have moved into is in an appalling state, if I hadn't had both my parents and my boyfriend helping me on the day I moved in I would have had to stay in a hotel. No manuals or model numbers were provided for any of the equipment so I have been unable to use certain things like the heaters because there is absolutely no way of understanding the controls and none of them appear to do anything, even though the contract states that I have to keep things adequately heated. There are lots of things broken, one of which is a hinge on the bedroom window, and the outlet pipe in the bathroom sink leaks all over the floor and through the floorboards. Now I've just found out there is faulty wiring from BT and they are claiming that that is not their responsibility even though the contract specifically states that all wiring is the landlords responsibility. They have completely ignored me, and prevented me having access to contact details in order to get services issues sorted by refusing to fix the wiring. Now it will cost me £5 every time I have to ring using my mobile to complain about anything. Utterly disgusted and will be making sure every single person I know avoids William H Brown like the plague. To top everything off, they are causing me so much stress and tension that my Repetitive Strain Injury is coming back making it painful to do my job as a data entry assistant. Completely incompetent and unprofessional. The landlord should be ashamed of himself too. I wish I had read the reviews on here before even considering this property, as I now understand that they will bankrupt me if they think they can get away with it, and will try to charge me for problems caused by previous tenants. They should be shut down.
What agent could do to change your mind?
How about providing the service I paid you for instead of treating me like something you found on the bottom of your shoe?
