I moved out of a property in early Feb and still haven't had my deposit back. They deal with my phone calls by fobbing me off each time and never calling me back. I'm looking at taking them to court over it because right now, I can't see how I'm going to get my money back. Also, they refused to do a check in/check out inventory at the beginning and end of my tenancy which is just ridiculous and has only added to my deposit woes.
