Dealing with EJ Harris has been a wonderful experience, probably the best one I've ever had with a Lettings Agency. By walking into their office and seeing such a comfortable atmosphere made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I must say Diana Tran is an excellent negotiator. She was great from the start up until the very end and very patient. I am very picky and she showed me about 10 flats before I decided on the right one. So hats off to Diana Tran.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They charge ‚£120 for simply sending out the standard tenancy agreement (with your name and break clause inserted) but refuse to amend it whatsoever. Completely unjustified and a total rip-off.

ALL DO NOT RENT THE ANY APARTMENTS FROM THESE GUYS - ITS A SCAM... The same apartments e.g. South Audley street and several more are listed ever 6-8 weeks to steal people deposits or trick you into getting a less describable flat.. I can not stress this enough - please stay away from EJ Harris its a SCAM!!! ...
