We live next door to the tenants of the above address. We have had constant abuse and damage to the driveway gates, there is a dog run outside, the deeds stipulate in the covenant that no hutches, pens etc. are allowed on the property. There is now a hatching incubator in the garage for some sort of poultry which yet again is not permitted in the deeds. We have 5 No. dogs using the small back garden for their toilet, there is no exterior drains for swilling down purposes, the dogs have to use the shared drive to get to the garden area, the dogs can be quite nasty and are not on leads, we were told by the tenants that their dogs would attack. We and other people have been tried to get the matter sorted with the agent to no avail, it appears that the rent is paid and the property is in order. The agent will be reported to the estate agent ombudsman very shortly. We now have to report our problems if and when we want to sell our property as we had to have the police to an incident where we were threatened with violence by the tenants.

So many hidden charges...they've even charged £30 to do the inspection for moving out. Don't sort out any repairs yet expect you to have pay to have carpets professionally cleaned. Didn't sort our drug users in flats below. DO NOT USE....

Richard Savidge are very transparent with there fees which are displayed on RightMove, Zoopla in the tenancy agreement and in A Tenants Guide to renting which every new tenant is given and are asked to sign to make sure they understand our fees. This is then kept on the tenants file so no missunderstanding happens. Repairs are carried out on a urgent basis if not urgent then repairs can take a few weeks to complete.
