My flat is damp (75-85% average dampness as seen on damp metre, 50-55% is healthy range) and mouldy, and they know about this and yet nothing is ever done. They do not care so long as they get their rent, every time they visit I complain that it makes me ill and they just come up with the same old rubbish, 'we don't know what causes it...' 'its a mystery', 'we'll look into it' etc. 2 years down the line and NOTHING has been done, its disgusting and a disgrace, they should be ashamed of themselves! I have mental health disabilities and they know this too and I think they believe they are fine to just get away with it as I can't do anything about it myself.
I would never EVER recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone, not if you want to live in a decent home with an agency who cares.
Oh, and they are going to charge me £78 for the honour of moving out of the property, as if the £300 initial fee wasn't enough. Go with Bairstow Eves at your own peril.
