sold our house via Beales Estate Agents. Costa and his team are lovely. Move with us acted as middleman sounded great that we would get updates on regular basis. Neither the solicitor or move with us knew we had lost our buyer until we ready to exchange contracts. Beales gave us £300 discount if we used move with us for conveyancing. Nine stressful months later we finally moved with the help of other agents and solicitors in the chain.. Only advice I can give is before you sign the contract read the reviews and find out what solicitor you will be using as you may well prevent problems happening . Would not use this company again.
