The staff members were totally professional about the whole process. They met all of our expectations (though they were small) - arrange a defined place for baby buggy, furniture change for child safety etc. The landlord's expectations were clearly articulated to us which had given a clear idea of how it's gonna be. To my surprise there is nothing more than what we were told during the viewing. I guess they did a thorough validation of the tenant to see it would suit the landlord's expectations and then arranged the viewing. We were particularly impressed with flexible time to show the property. As a working professional we had missed few properties just because of the timing. They made it easy for us to sign the document at a convenient place and not necessarily at their office (that was far for us to commute with an infant). The paper work was all done in a very organised manner. It was pleasant the whole time from when we viewed the property till we moved in. I would surely recommend these guys.
