I bought a property through the team at Bradleys in Liskeard at the end of April 2014 and by the middle of May a tenant was found, who satisfactorily passed all the necessary requirements and who then moved in by the end of the month.
The contact I had with the team at Liskeard whilst buying the property through them, demonstrated to me how hard they work for their vendors; liaising with all parties involved to progress the conveyancing process and bring a speedy conclusion. Ellie, Amanda, Claire and Lucy work very much as a tight knit team which I think is key to their success. I have dealt mostly with Amanda Hughes as I let my property fully managed. I feel she has both the landlord and tenant in her best interest and I look forward to a long and successful business association. Bradleys in Liskeard are extremely professional whilst staying human and giving sound advice and support to their clients through what is invariably a stressful time. As a Landlady I feel continued support through Amanda and the letting team as well as Bradleys Insurance department and Sue Parker in Exmouth.
