The agency has no representation for tenants. They deducted cleaning costs from a clean house on exit, they deducted the cost of a missing item that they know wasn't in the building on arrival, they deducted costs for lawn mowing for a lawn that was mowed two days prior to exit. Very bad communication. Sent wrong invoice with wrong figures. Unprofessional and not helpful. Director of company not well spoken. Very disappointing. Overall, don't recommend.

facts given by PBS turned out to be untrue. PBS generally not interested in helping tenant. Some instances they are evasive and downright (to me) bullying in their approach. Their tenancy terms and inventory terms are unfair, misleading and designed to trap a tenant. Avoid ...

The service of Preston bennet is not just poor in the sence of an estate agent but on a general human level. They have no manners, no ability as a professional and ultimaly are not interestedin helping. I couldn't be more dissapointed....

I am extremely disappointed to here that a potential client is unhappy with our service. I would like to find out which member of the team this gentleman spoke to, so that I can investigate his complaint. We of course have a formal complaints proceedure and I would like to resolve any issues that Paul may have personally. Please pass on my email address to him. ...
