Very satisfied with the service. Quick reference check, proper check in and inventory check.
Agents very helpful throughout our tenancy.
We had to move out half way trough the contract due to family reasons - they were very supportive and helpful, didn't charge us for leaving the property before the end of contract, which is highly appreciated.
Few issues with the property - sink leaking etc - prompt response and quick fix.
Overall - would recommend

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

We take any complaints very seriously. Should a problem not be resolved by the department head on the phone, all written complaints come straight to the managing director who will investigate in person and reply, having kept the complainant informed, when resolution is achieved.
