Please avoid these letting agents at all costs. They will try to screw you over at the end of the tenancy and claim the deposit no matter what condition you leave the property in. Luckily we took photos of our place on the day we moved out and won some of the money back when we raised a dispute with the TDS. The agents had included several lies on the report, e.g stating that the oven was left in a soiled condition when we had evidence it had been professionally cleaned. They also tried to charge us for damage caused by the landlord installing a new gas safety appliance. Also confusion throughout the tenancy as we declared we had a fish tank on our initial application and were told it was fine, to later find out they had never asked the landlord who was then asking for it to be removed 1 year in to our tenancy. A complete shambles of a letting agent if you ask me. Will never use them again and the same happened to our friends with the move out report.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not tell lies and try to screw people over. Admit their mistakes and not try to blame tenants
