Prior to signing on with the agency i was promised by the branch manager that they wouldnt accept any offers unless they had confirmed that they buyer had the means to purchase my property. After a couple of viewings I was informed of an offer matching my asking price, which I accepted. The property was placed under offer and taken off of the Market, as per the agencies request. I completed all of the required documents (using the solicitor that they recommended) and waited..........and waited.......and waited. I had to chase the branch for updates for every stage of the process. Finally after MONTHS of me chasing them,
I got a response that the buyer could NOT AFFORD the property, and had to withdraw their offer. This cost me the fees for the solicitor and months of the property not being on the Market. Even after this I kept with YOUR MOVE and again received an offer and was informed that the buyer had already had approval for a mortgage exceeding the value of my property...........again, the communication from YOUR MOVE was non-existant, I had to call them on a daily basis for updates. Again all the documentation for the proprty was done on my end, and the buyer sent around a surveyor. 4 weeks later the buyer sent another surveyor, 4 weeks after that another surveyor (each time my property has come through the surveys with flying colours!!) With continually delay tactics and no communication from YOUR MOVE for 2 MONTHS I was informed that the buyer was trying to get a mortgage. After being informed they had already been approved. I had been given a completion date of April 1st. (oh, the irony) YOUR MOVE failed to contact me at all in March. April came and went, May came and went......June is here and I have told them in no uncertain words where they can go. I am now with PROCTOR who have 100 times the customer service level of YOUR MOVE, I have offers already....... (been with them for 2 weeks) I will give a full review of PROCTOR once this first process is completed.

I would recommend you NEVER USE, YOUR MOVE in BROMLEY!!!!! They were unprofessional, unwilling to initiate communication, unable to keep their word, slow and basically the worst agency experience when selling a house I have ever had (I have sold 7 properties previously through a multitude of agents)
What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually performed their Jobs to the minimal standard expected of a professional agency!

Absolutely useless. Whilst they were agents they dealt with nothing. Fully managed and didn't do anything. Terrible at renewing (I didn't get the rent one month as they had signatures outstanding showing on their system). When I needed to find new tenants they got one ...

From the other side - we have been the tenants where nothing was done by Your Move! Left without hot water for nearly 5 months and they managed to lose our key... They let us know they were coming to change the locks 30 minutes before we were leaving on holiday! ...

The female who took my call on Saturday the 24th March at the Bromley branch of Your Move deserves a special mention for fooling the company into giving her a job. The woman had no customer service skills, was rude and felt the need to ...
