Looked after my property in Thornbury from 2008 - 2014 whilst I was working abroad. Excellent communication, personalised service, went well above what is expected of an agent. Nothing was too much trouble, could always speak to someone on the phone and happy to spend time with me giving advice as needed, even after the management had ended. Found fabulous tenants and made sure the tenancy ran smoothly. Reasonable rates, no hidden extras, would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an agent.
