Booked a viewing of a 3 bed property on the 13th June for my boyfriend and myself. Explained to the agent that because of the nature of my job in a hospital I cannot leave early or take time in the middle of the day to view it so arranged to see it at 4:45pm after I finish work at 4pm. The viewing was arranged for 3 days time due to having to have an agent available at that specific time. Heard nothing from the agent to say it had been let over those 3 days. As soon as my boyfriend and myself arrived at the property, on time I'd like to add, I received a text from the agent saying they couldn't make it due to other appointments. As most people would be I was annoyed as I had driven for 45 mins in heavy traffic to get there.
The following day I received a call (from Matt I believe) he wanted to rearrange a viewing. I mentioned that I did not receive the text until I had already got to the house and that wasn't really good customer service. He then said that the agents had tried to call me during the day and my phone didn't have answer phone facilities and that the text was sent around 1pm. I told him that my phone is left in a place where it has signal so that if I get a missed call I will see in on my break, same with text messages and that I do have an answer phone as other agents have actually left me messages asking to call them back, I also mentioned that my boyfriend had text me during the day as well. He then proceeded to get defensive saying I was accusing him of lying and it was not his fault I didn't receive the text. The call ended with me arranging a viewing for my boyfriend to go see the house on Monday at 3pm and I would see it later in the week when they knew a slot was available. Unfortunately my boyfriend was working away on Monday so had to cancel his viewing and try to push for a slot for the both of us to see it later in the week. Once again staff very rude saying they did try to contact me and that it was my fault not theirs that they didn't contact me the previous week. My boyfriend was particularly angry that I was being blamed for this as they knew I finished work at 4pm so why couldn't someone try to contact me then to make sure I got any messages. He was faced with the same rudeness from Matt and was amazed that he was hung up on. He called back to speak to the manager who was busy at the time and requested a call back. Still no call from manager!!!!

Would never use this company again and will be telling people I know not to use. Awful customer service!!
