I would have no hesitation in recommending Helmores, or in using them again. They have carried out efficiently, what was expected of them, and have successfully done one of the most important things that a stressed out seller needs - communication. Even if it's an email to say nothing has happened yet - someone to just touch base and tell you that - is essential. The portal that the seller has access to is also a useful tool to see how much interest is in your property and the feedback from viewers etc. I can't actually think of anything I would have wanted doing differently/better at this stage - which has to be good!!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
