From introduction and first tenancy until my departure, the agency has been courteous, supportive and always instantly responsive to any and all matters. Initial viewings was to my shcedule (anytime) and frequency (viewed twice). During tenancy, they responded to all matters instantly including out of hours, and as necessary arranged next day resolution by their maintenance team. Most importantly, on departure they conducted the process with absolute respect and understanding and not with contempt that others have shown by the inconvience of lost revenue. The inventory was artwork in itself, and the subsequent agreement and release of the tenancy deposit was without dispute or delay by its clarity. The property was not without its faults, the tap needed replacing, but I cannot fault Carrs Lettings for their core values.
