The overall quality and communication with Dexters is terrible, we've been told 3 different things by 3 different agents, who apparently don't communicate with each other as each agent was completely unaware we'd been in contact with them before.
We paid an early leaving fee (10% of all remaining months) and then had to keep paying rent for 2 months after this.
We told them we were going to be leaving in March/April in early February, and they said they'd find someone to take over the tenancy. They then found someone to take over the tenancy in June and told us in mid May that we'd only given them a few days notice.
On top of all this, they've told us we need to pay £250 to get the apartment professionally cleaned because, and I quote, "There are some crumbs in the oven".
I strongly advise anyone looking to rent stays away from this terrible agent.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agents were unhelpful and uninformed.
