I never had an real customer service at any point during my tenancy. When I had to re-sign the lease I wasn't sure if I wanted to, not only did they push me aggressively as they wanted their renewal lease fee, but they also stopped taking my direct debits and told me it was because I didn't re sign a lease. Then had the balls to tell me I was behind on the rent. No one informed me they they had stopped the direct debits. Also I was in the middle of my lease when the landlord called me as he wanted to sell. I obliged and moved from the property. I moved out on the 24th of the month and was told that as my lease ended on the 31st of the month I would have my bond released the next day. When I check my account, no money. I then called to ask why and I was told that the deposit might take a further 5 "working" days as the request has been sent to accounts. At no time was it mentioned to me about this. Then i was told in an email if I wanted the money earlier I needed to get the landlords permission. That would have been a nice piece of information to know when I moved out. The landlord would have done it. After a few emails back and forth, I finally sent an email to ask who to make a complaint to and magically no rely. Then 3 days later i get a rely to say i should have my money, and sorry i just saw this email it was in my junk mail. What a load of rubbish..... The landlord sold the property through another agency due to rubbish service also. If you are a landlord NEVER give it to KFH.
