I was dealing with Jerome Walker with regards to a letting for my flat.
Jerome was absolutely brilliant, hugely responsive, excellent turn around times, very diligent and thorough and operated with my best interests and the tenants' best interests at heart.

Jerome consistently went above and beyond my expectations in helping to sort out some specific requests from the tenant and going out of his way on a regular basis - including taking the tenants around several times, meeting my cleaner, meeting my removals guy - none of which really needed to be done by him.

I always knew where I stood with Jerome - he was clear with his communication, friendly, professional and is an expert in his area.

I will work with Anscombe & Ringland again because of Jerome.
To show my appreciation to Jerome I sent him 6 bottles of wine when my tenants moved in.

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) Being proactive 2) Understanding 3) Change useless process (i dont understand why would u need proof of standing order top hand over keys), if I am not willing to pay rent I can tell my bank to remove standing order anyways, i dont understand rationale behind it. 4) Take money in different mode, like i can jump into there office and possibly pay by card or give them cash etc
