I let my property out through this agent a few months ago and have been very impressed. They found tenants quickly and for the rent level I was looking for. The tenants are both professionals and I feel comfortable with that as I have let to students in the past and had problems. On the property management side we did have a leak (the hot water cylinder, very old, started leaking). Portmoor arranged a plumber out that day. We have been looking into changing to a combi boiler anyway and Portmoor were able to get their plumber to do the installation the day after which ment the offending hot water cylinder could be removed. This meant that two days after the leak we had a brand new boiler and as we were going to do work anyway there was no extra cost (in fact it was £100 cheaper than our plumber had quoted). Our previous agents had struggled to repair a washing machine for two months ¢â‚¬â€œ big difference. Would definitely recommend Portmoor.
