From the first appraisal through to completion Simon L and Simon G told us what they were going to do and then did it. They sold our property within the two weeks they said they would for the asking price and completed about a month later, all told about 2 months from our first conversation to completion. We had already moved out of the area and needed someone to handle the sale remotely. The communication was great, we were kept up to date and could always get hold of them quickly if we needed. We could not have asked for a smoother transaction. Maybe they should should change their name to Ronseal - "does exactly what it says on the tin!"
