Bad paying tenants are always griping and they fit a mould that is bad for businesses. It’s seen time and time again, even on tv, but I have never heard a supportive word in favour of the debtor. So I would respect this bad debtors decision that he would prefer to sleep on the street than deal with this upstanding upright honest straight talking real lady and suggest he goes for it. Find yourself some nice cardboard and a wind protected area in a place that fits your life style and avoid the real decent folk of this world. By the way, I hope the weather treats you the same way you treat your landlady. Good luck is sent ........ you’ll need it! While you’re in cardboard city, take a real hard long look at yourself and what you have said and done............

His Landlady came to me distraught. She is disabled and was finding it impossible to deal with him and get him to pay the rent. She asked me to take over managing it for her. He was always difficult and in rent arrears and we finally managed to get him out much to the Landlady's relief. I would never have taken this job on with all its problems but felt I wanted to help this lady and for all my hard work the likes of him is able to wrong me on line. My team and I work hard for our landlords and tenants and am saddened that rubbish like this mans comments can be posted on line.
