From start to finish, the whole team were magnificent. From the moment I met Panos at our initial valuation meeting it was clear that they were very professional and impressive agents. Naturally we had other local agents undertake valuations but Panos and Bradleys stood out. He was quick to point out that the Honiton office were very much a team and this was soon evident with Julia visiting to do the take on meeting and Chris visiting soon after to learn more about the house. Lisa was also a pleasant and courteous person to deal with as well. They actively promoted the property and within 5 days had 4 viewings booked in, the 1st of which ended up purchasing the property. During the conveyancing process Julia and Panos in particular, professionally and tirelessly liaised with all parties in the chain to make it happen, despite obstacles having to be overcome constantly in the same part of the chain. Even when, at beyond the 11th hour, our buyer pulled out, which caused huge stress to us, Panos and Julia were very supportive and came up with solutions to rescue the situation. We cannot speak highly enough of how the team at Bradleys Honiton dealt with us and would recommend them to others who are seeking a professional, courteous and friendly agent. They are all a credit to Bradleys Estate Agents.
