Maria and her team at Let Lucas have been managing my property for over five years. They are excellent communicators and keep me up to date with all that us happening with my property. When tenants have moved on Let Lucas have quickly and proactively marketed my property. They have found excellent tenants quickly and whenever there has been a problem (e.g. Heating breaking down) they have used local reliable suppliers to fix promptly. They are a specialist letting company and it really shows! Highly recommended.
