There is no proactive selling and it took them over a week to actually let me know my first offer fell through. They are used to houses selling themselves and when that isn't happening they are lost. They were less than honest about how often the house would feature in the press too.

I quite agree - I moved estate agents and sold my house only to find Ian Tonge place an indefinite charge on the property - one to avoid if you seriously want to sell your home.

Hilarious answer Jason. "Advise", this is spelt advice. Plus cluttered??? First time you have mentioned that. Offered to take more pictures. Very good, you said we could send our own in. Plus you bragged that you could sell in 2 days. Everyone knows you over inflate valuations, you did that to us. Finally we sold with Bridgfords in 3 weeks for over asking price. Should have stayed at CIS. ...

They have no idea of service to tenants. No follow-up on service men, they don't keep a simple promise to get service men to tenants, taking as long as 3 months to get simple tap fixed....

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

A complaint should firstly be reported to our office manager who will try and deal with the matter in question. If this can not be resolved it will then be directed to the company director Jason Tonge.
