After having two failed sales from other well known agents in the Birmingham area, I employed the services of Clare Morrell at Abode Residential and Connells in Harborne.
Clare worked her socks off to obtain viewing and kept me updated of every one she conducted and gave constructive feedback.
The property was sold in January 2014 and it was a very complicated sale. Clare remained focussed and worked tirelessly and with great patience to achieve completion. This included going back and forth between muyself and the buyer and also keeping in touch with the buyers solicitor.
I feel she provided a great service and she went over and above what I expected.
Her fees are not astronomical as other agents are and she knows her stuff.
I would recommend her services to anyone wishing to sell a property as I have nothing but praise for the work she did. Thanks Clare x
