I am certain that the staff are unreliable, sneaky and underhand. It is very suspicious that they always seem to want to find out info from you about which other properties you are considering rather than concentrating on selling their own properties. They need to remove one person in particular from their staff before its too late. This person is not an asset to the business, merely a hindrance. And in my opinion a damaging one.

I completely agree. We used the Frodsham office which by all accounts has been in turmoil sine we signed about nine months ago. we had countless problems with them. After 9 months and three viewings (one of which they didn't tell us about or ask our permission) we have terminated our contract. Like your experience one person in particular was a real problem for us and they always ask what houses you are looking at not asking how they can sell your house. We have decided that unless it is the bargain of the century we wouldn't even buy through them.
