Where shall I start. I actually can't put in to words how dreadful these people are.
DO NOT USE THEM. The list of grievances would fill this page!
The final indignity was to charge me £90 for an annual rental statement - a basic word document I could have knocked up in 5 minutes.
Again, DO NOT USE THEM
What agent could do to change your mind?

Dreadful. They Manage the flat I rent. I have been asking for a broken window to be repaired for almost 70 days, a broken intercom and tap for almost 60 days. Many promises, little action. All the faults were present when they rented me the house. Unforgiveable ...
