Awful agency!
Unfortunately I am currently renting a property from them & they are so unhelpful. My friends and I live in a house were there is damp and mice. Its disgusting & when we asked them about some help they refused and said it was up to us to solve the problem - we are not dirty people & we clean three times a week. The reason we have mice is because there in holes in the walls from when they rebuilt the house. The plumming is getting worse & the house itself for being a new build is awful. They only care about you or contact you when rent is due. My friends and I are suppose to pay rent on a certain date each month, I had 3 missed calls from them on that day by 12pm in the afternoon as I had not transferred rent yet due to the fact that I had more important things to deal with. I advise anyone that is considering renting a property from them to run away now & never look back because they are unhelpful & do not care about their costumers.

hi guys
im glad I found this site, I also am renting from forte homes. they are a bunch of "*" money grabbers. they don't do repairs, if a repair needs doing they say its down to me, I haven't had working heating for 3 years, the last time they done a gas safety check was in 2008, I have 3 small children to think about. As soon as i started to get on there case about they took me to court. they photo copied my signature onto new tenancy agreements to get me out the property so now me and my c ...

Forte Homes achieved an offer on my property at asking price within three days of it being on the market.
I was very pleased with them running the sale and was kept up to date at each stage....

I think Forte Homes are excellent in terms of service and the way they handle their clients. They seem to get the job done swiftly and quickly. I'd definatley recommend any one who wants to rent or let their property....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

I will be taking them to court about it and I am also going to write to watchdog about them they need to be exposed for the scum they are.
