George Ellis & Sons is an absolutely bare minimum agent. They don't offer any assistance with problems in the flat. Unless it is a health emergency you are left to your own devices. The state of the property I rent is livable but in a state of decay. They are completely unprofessional, making promises in person (or via telephone) and then avoiding you at all cost when they fail to honour them. I have a felt a total lack of respect whenever dealing with George Ellis & Sons. If you want to create a home for yourself and receive support from professionals who take your concerns seriously, look elsewhere.

I wholeheartedly agree, especially with the state of the properties, and they absolutely disrespect their tenants. They have consistently failed to maintain their properties, once you are a tenant you're forgotten. The only time the property is looked at is when someone moves out and they do a quick paint over job for the next tenant moving in. Jul 08, 2011
