I paid in a deposit to rent out a property, than I got a phone call that they are very sorry but someone else was first. Apparently for four days the agency "forgot" that the property was already taken! I was so angry as this messed up my plans.

Dear Tenant

I am sorry to hear your experience. The Aberdeen office was not in existence at the date of your complaint so can only assume something went wrong with another office. We only secure a property with a reservation when we have a pre-let agreement returned signed by an individual.
