I have rented my property through REEDs for 3 years and always found them to be there especially when I was unsure about renting at the beginning.
They found me a tenant very quickly both times as fought to get money back from my bond when the first tenants left the house not quite the same as when they went in.
I have recently been dealing with Rebecca Hallworth as my property is managed by her.
She was professional and great from the start.
Also 6 months ago a car rolled down my street into the front of the house.
I was having a nightmare with Directline insurance for landlords as they just took so long and then argued about the quotes because they included a structural survey.
Rebecca took charge as it was taking so long on the phone and emails.
She supplied the quotes and contractor and totally dealt with the poor insurance ways of working.
The house was put back to normal and Rebecca got the money from the insurance to pay the contractors.
Im still waiting for my excess from the insurance but she has pursued that also.
She constantly kept me up to date and took the stress away from the situation.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Returned my deposit in full in a reasonable time and stopped trying to screw money out of people, that was totally unjustified!!! Get qualified tradesmen in to do repairs.Attached Filesnbsp;
