DO NOT USE THIS AGENT/MAN
Michael Adkin of JB Properties ran off in September 2012 with a substantial amount of money owed to tenants, landlords, prospective buyers ect
He is currently going through the bankruptcy process with people left little/no chance of getting their money back
I am one of those people to the tune of £2200.
Some reviews have recently been written which are very misleading which is why I am leaving a review now
please, please, please AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We do not recognise this situation and believe therefore that this a fictitious comment and has most probably come from a disgruntled prospective tenant who was turned down for a particular property for either not meeting the high standards required from us for tenants, or possibly that there was more than one person interested in a particular property and this person was unsuccessful.
