Ian, Loren and the team were personable and professional throughout the process of us buying a house on their books. They made contact with our sellers' solicitors when it really counted, and played their part in ensuring that exchange finally happened on the day we crucially needed it to occur.
They politely reminded us to keep the lines of communication flowing, in a time when there were plenty of other things distracting us.
Finally, Helmores were accommodating in letting us view the house multiple times in the lead up to purchase, as well as allowing in various professionals in perhaps more than is usual.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
